The OzCharge 4 Channel Battery Equaliser/Balancer is designed for 2.4V, 3.6V, 6V, 9V, and 12V lead-acid type batteries (AGM, WET, GEL & Calcium). Work Smarter Not Harder
When two or more batteries are connected in series their voltages may differ, as they discharge at different rates. One battery's voltage might stay high while the other is depleting, potentially damaging it in the process.
Our Equaliser will detect as little as a 10mV difference between the batteries connected to it and immediately work to level them out. It does this by transferring or shunting current from the higher voltage batteries to the lower voltage batteries. It's that simple. This ultimately improves your batteries performance and will extend the life of all your batteries.
Multiple OzCharge Battery Equalisers can also be used in succession for 24V, 36V, 48V or higher systems, as long as each connected battery is no higher than 12V.
